Calendar sync

Events created in this app are saved to mc_calendar.db first, then published to the providers named in sync_intent by scripts/task_calendar/. Each provider copy is a calendar_event_link row carrying the fingerprint of what was last written, so an unchanged event is never re-sent.

mc_calendar.db is not reachable from this node.
