Add wiki

A wiki is a folder of markdown. This writes index.md under a content root and runs the ingester. The ⓘ splits Data source (tables and predicted rows) from Interface (names, topography, steps, procedures).

Read-only: not signed in Sign in from Settings (the gear) first.

No content root is reachable on this machine (content/wiki, content/news, content/project-software).
