Mail checks (PostGrid)

Prepare the payable folder, generate the check print, build the PostGrid request JSON, render a test cheque, then print and mail it. Orders are recorded in mc_ap_check.db · ap_check_postgrid_order; a live send records the payment as MAILED, and the bank line clears it.
