Pipeline
What can be run right now, grouped by the stage each form family is ready for. Families come
from the filesystem, not the registry — a folder with a _TEMPLATE.pdf and nothing else is
invisible to mc_form.db and is exactly the work queue.
No corpus sweep yet
The board reads a report rather than sweeping on every page load: the sweep stats ~15,000 index hits, so doing it inline would make this page as slow as the sweep and re-run it on every refresh.
