Print tasks, parent assignee, AR invoice, and files.

Every live row of mc_task_print.db#task_print. Each packet is billed, so task_and_ar_invoice carries the print-task UUIDv7 and the AR invoice UUIDv7.
The parent task (when source_task_id is set) is the assignee authority in mc_task.db#task. Files come from the print edge, the invoice edge, and the
parent task_and_drive_file rows.
