How this differs from /ap/ap_check and /ap/check-runs
- /ap/ap_check —
ap_check: one row per cheque document, 1974 to today, transcribed from the scan. It has no sign, mail or void columns, and a cheque voided before it was scanned is not in it. - This page —
ap_check_runin the same database: one row per cheque in the workbook, 2025–2026, carrying the journey and the folder links. The two must never be unioned: they cover different years at different grains. - /ap/check-runs —
mc_ap_check_run.db: the batch we author before anything prints (header + items + funding). A plan, not a record. It joins to this table once the export catches up.
